Vendors or Consulting Companies  can choose any model depending on their company requirement.  The basic features of these models are explained below briefly. Dedicated Recruiting Team

Our Dedicated Recruiting Team at True Mantra Solution’ Global Delivery Center is a successful solution, if you need a overall control on human and technical resources involved in the recruiting process. DRT features a high level of transparency, security, flexibility and scalability. All infrastructure and personnel are at your dedicated service as long as you need them for a fixed monthly fee. DRT is a good choice if you need a team of highly-qualified professionals that will exactly match your business needs. RPO hire has a large pool of multidisciplinary resources to organize a tailored DRT for an extended period of time. Profit Sharing Basis

If the consulting or vendor company is exhausted with the requirements coming from the client and would not able to provide the resources with current in house recruiting team and don’t want to hire more recruiters then PPO Profit Sharing Basis(PSB) would be very appropriate. Features of this process are as follows.

  • In Profit Sharing Basis(PSB), Consulting/Vendor companies shares the Client’s requirement to the Recruitment Team at True Mantra Solution.
  • Then the team would search for the resources on it own database or Job Portals.
  • If the resources are identified then their profile and resume would be shared to client directly or the account manager depends on how the Vendor company opens the doors.
  • If the resource is selected after client formalities, the resource would be working on w2 with the respective Consulting or Vendor company.
  • The dollar amount that is commissioned on particular resource is shared between Consulting/Vendor company and True Mantra Solution.
  • The client’s and vendor details are maintained confidentially and securely.
  • The amount of investment on recruitment team is greatly reduced.
  • Even if there is high volume of Client requirements, it will be taken care with RPO Profit Sharing Basis.

C2C Basis

If the consulting or vendor company has resources on bench and they need help in marketing the resources and if they don’t have enough in house recruiters, then True Mantra Solution’ RPO on C2C Basis model is another model to opt for. Features of this process are as follows.

  • In C2C Basis (C2C), Consulting/Vendor companies shares the Consultant profiles and resumes to the Recruitment Team at True Mantra Solution.
  • Then the team would search for the Job postings in its own database or Job Portals.
  • If the team finds matching job, then their profile/resume would be submitted to the respective vendor directly representing as True Mantra Solution employee.
  • If the consultant got selected, the payments would paid to True Mantra Solution consulting firm and then to the consultant w2 Company on C2C basis.
  • True Mantra Solution will take normal market dollar value before it is paid to the Consultant’s W2 Company.
  • There will be sub-vendor agreement between the True Mantra Solution and W2 Consulting firm.
  • The amount of investment on recruitment team is greatly reduced.
  • The bench time of each consultant will be greatly reduced with C2C.
